UX audit
Conducted a UX audit to revamp the app and identify design pain points, based on heuristic evaluation and UX laws.
Problems were prioritised by severity. I summarised the issues for the business with clear statistics on rule impact and severity levels, kept the details for designers and developers, and closed the report with proposed steps to guide the project’s improvement.
Usability testing
Presented a structured usability-testing plan with a clear timeline, using Figma, Zoom and Excel for prototyping, sessions and documentation.

Units come as single units or grouped options for bulk purchase, and each unit opens to its full details before any commitment.
Flexible payment structuring
Property transactions are split into three stages: payment plan, financial data, payment method. Users choose a plan by down-payment percentage, see the financial details and review the total amount: a transparent, customisable payment experience.
Seamless booking follow-up
After reserving a property, users track their booking status and payment installments, and the app guides them through completing the reservation, from selection to ownership.
