The app starts with tailored questions about preferences and reactions in different scenarios. It calculates a personality score out of 100 and shows it on a spider diagram, highlighting strengths and weaknesses across five psychology-based traits that matter for career development.
Guided growth plan
From the spider diagram, the app suggests a focused development plan for specific traits, with a clear duration for each goal.
Once the plan is set, users land on a structured homepage built for easy navigation and progress tracking.
Interactive content and gamified learning
Books, courses and reel-style videos. Users earn EXP by engaging with reels and answering questions.
Every creator’s spider diagram is available too, so users can compare their strengths directly with industry leaders.
Activity hub
The Activity tab tracks weekly progress: books read, courses completed, reels watched and active streaks.
Users see due events, events recommended for their personality and their subscribed plans; each plan opens to detailed progress and guidance.
Personalised profile
The Profile tab shows the user’s SpiderGraph, favourite quote and connections recommended by personality match.
Achievements, XP, completed missions and badges keep users motivated, alongside their connections, circles and followed accounts.
